I am first, and foremost, a mom. Also a lifelong reader, teacher, learner of things, and recent vegetable gardener. I am always trying to be a better version of myself, learn new things, and help people feel better. PSYCH-K® found me at a difficult point in my life; it changed me and I am grateful for the opportunity to bring it to others. On my journey, I have earned plenty of degrees, taken tons of classes, and gotten certified in multiple modalities. I have opened businesses and read almost everything there is to read. I have also experienced challenges and hardships along the way that I never dreamed possible, and at times, it seemed as though there was no way through. Nothing has affected me as profoundly, and as positively, as PSYCH-K®. It truly is a path worth sharing and I look forward to witnessing how this process will change your life.
